When the alarm goes off

What we do, step by step, and what you can do so your protection works without false alarms.

What we do

  1. The alarm sends a signal

The panel immediately sends the event to the centre, over phone line, internet or mobile.

  2. The centre receives it

Our receivers log it and show it to the operator, with the zone and the type of event.

  3. The operator checks it

They see the site's history and, if you have visual verification, your cameras at that moment.

  4. We call you

We call you and the people you have given us, in the order you set.

  5. We notify the authorities

When needed, we notify your local police station. Every action is logged.

We call your contacts in the order you gave us. If someone does not answer, we move on to the next. That is why it is important that phone numbers are always correct.

Did you set off the alarm by mistake?

  1. Disarm the alarm

With your code, remote or app.

  2. Call us immediately

    On +30 801 10 10 100. If we call you first, answer.

  3. Give your identification code

The operator will ask you for the secret identification code you have registered, to make sure it is you and that no one is forcing you.

How to avoid false alarms

  • Close doors and windows before arming. Check that no zone was left open.
  • Pets need pet-immune detectors or zones that are not armed while you are inside.
  • Teach everyone with a code (family, staff, cleaner) how to arm and disarm.
  • Replace the batteries of wireless devices when the panel asks you to.
  • Have your system serviced at least once a year. We remind you by SMS.
