Alarm receiving centre
Licensed operators monitor your system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from our centre in Agios Dimitrios, Athens. For every event we call you and, when needed, notify the police.
24/7 monitoring, visual verification with your cameras, opening-hours control for your shop and reports to your phone.
See how it works For installersOnline connection application, guides per panel, a portal with signal history and test mode, and compatibility with 22 manufacturers.
For partnersHow it works
From the moment the panel sends the signal until we call you, every step is handled by a person and logged.
The panel immediately sends the event to the centre, over phone line, internet or mobile.
Our receivers log it and show it to the operator, with the zone and the type of event.
They see the site's history and, if you have visual verification, your cameras at that moment.
We call you and the people you have given us, in the order you set.
When needed, we notify your local police station. Every action is logged.
Monitoring packages
All packages receive signals 24/7. The difference is how quickly we notice that communication has been cut, e.g. if someone cuts the line.
