What data we keep when you visit sigmamon.gr or become a subscriber, why, and how you control it.

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect and why
Subscribers of the alarm receiving centre
To provide the service we keep the details of the subscriber, the protected site, the contacts and the system users, the signals we receive and the calls we make (which are recorded). The legal basis is the contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our obligations under Law 2518/1997 (art. 6(1)(c)).
Website forms
From the forms we receive the details you enter (name, phone, email, message, and in the connection application the site and system details). We use them only to reply to you or to prepare the connection. The legal basis is your consent and the steps prior to a contract.
Form security
The IP address and time of sending are logged with every message. The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a human is sending (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
If you press “Accept” on the cookie bar, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and on what device. We do not use the data for advertising: Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and art. 4(5) of Law 3471/2006). If you press “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

3. Local storage on your device
The connection application keeps the draft and the installer's details only in your browser (localStorage), so they are not lost. They are not sent to us until you press “Submit”, and you delete them with “Clear form”.
4. Third-party services
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC), only with your consent. Data may be transferred to the US; Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile, content delivery network).
- YouTube, on the “Connection guides” page: preview images load from YouTube, while the video itself (youtube-nocookie.com) loads only when you press play.
- Stripe, when you pay online by card. Only Stripe sees your card details.
5. How long we keep it
- Signal and call records: as long as the contract and the law require.
- Google Analytics statistics: 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Messages from forms: up to 2 years after the last contact, unless a contract follows.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within one month at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
7. Security
The site works only over HTTPS. Form messages reach only the company's email.
