How it works
An alarm signal comes in
The panel sends the event to the centre, as always.
The operator opens your cameras
They connect remotely to your recorder and see the site live.
They assess what is happening
They see whether there is a real threat or a false alarm.
They act accordingly
They call you with an accurate picture of the situation and, when needed, notify the authorities.
What you need
- An installed alarm system, connected to our centre
- Camera system (CCTV) with a recorder connected to the internet
- Your approval, as owner of the site
- Your installer's settings on the recorder
Compatible camera systems
Connection via cloud (P2P)
The simplest connection, with no router settings.
Connection via RTSP
For recorders and cameras from other manufacturers, with a direct connection to the video stream.
Double security: the alarm says something happened, the video shows what happened. The operator doesn't have to guess.
